A leading dry cleaning and laundry services company with several retail outlets across Lagos needs a smart, presentable female customer care executive in Isolo


Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the organization
• Make and receive calls on behalf of the organization
• Attend to customers enquiries/queries on company’s product
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Any other job assigned of related task.


Qualification and Requirements:
• Diploma/OND holder and not more than 26 years
• Must live within the isolo area and environs
• Must have a good working knowledge of customer service & customer retention
• Must be presentable with good communication skills
• Must be able to learn fast & be proactive
• Must have good record keeping abilities
• Must have sufficient computer & telephone etiquette
