(Accounts / client relationship executive/HR) who must be married.

Functions
Accounts Management
· Ensure collection of funds
· Process all payment requests
· Keep records of all financial transactions
· Prepare and send records/reports
· Liaise with regulatory authorities, tax, insurance, bankers
· Cost reduction

Client Relationship Management

· Keep records of all clients
· Call clients weekly
· Manage all corporate client-related correspondence

HR
· Staff performance management
· Payment of salaries and wages
· Organize trainings


Applicants must have an accounting background, Bsc and ATS qualification with two years minimum experience in a structured organization. Must be able to prepare memos and reports, use of MS word, and excel excellently with solid communication skills, a Good command of English as well as Excellent use of internet
