An Experienced Female Secretary Urgently Needed

An event / PR firm located on the mainland is looking to recruit an experienced female secretary

Requirements:
• Relevant first degree
• Other Qualification in Secretariat will be an added advantage
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in secretariat duties
• Required typing speed


Responsibilities:
• prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• take type and distribute minutes of meetings
• implement and maintain office systems
• maintain schedules and calendars
• arrange and confirm appointments
• organize internal and external events
• handle incoming mail and other material
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• liaison with internal and external contacts
• coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
• operate office equipment
• manage office space

Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Must be proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
• confidentiality is essential
• planning and organizing skills
• Good time management

Location: Lagos Mainland

Salary Range: Between N50, 000 and N70, 000 per month
