A well-established IT Firm based in Opebi, Lagos needs urgently services of an exceptional customer care officer.
Job functions include but not limited to:

• Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the organization.
• Make and receive calls on behalf of the organization.
• Attend to customers enquiries/queries on company’s products.
• Carry out telemarketing sales for the organization.
• In charge of the companies social media (Facebook, twitter accounts etc.)
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information; Maintains customer records by constant update account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Any other job assigned of related task.

Qualification and Requirements
• A minimum of a degree in a relevant field
• Must have a good working knowledge of customer service & customer retention
• Candidate must be intelligent and be proficient in personalized exceptional customer service.
• Candidate must have good command of English language, must be courteous, possess appreciable relationship and interpersonal skills as well as accurate listening skills.

Experience
Minimum two (2) years’ experience
