EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED AT SUNDRY FOODS LIMITED (Location:- Port Harcourt)

The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, interact with staff (at all levels), be responsible for the management of the CEO’s calendar, investors relations, report preparation and review, as well as handle the CEOs presentations.

The candidate must have the following qualities at the least:

  • Must be proactive, resourceful and efficiency
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making ability and
  • Attention to detail


Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, and Secretarial Administration with a Minimum of a second class upper qualification
Post-graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage

Area of competence/Expertise:

· Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive/board meetings
· Experience assisting senior management/CEO with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Experience scheduling travel arrangements for the CEO
· Good knowledge of financial analysis and modeling.
· Support experience in a financial services, professional services, food services or marketing environment
· Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
· Experience in interpreting reports (financial, operational etc)
· 3+ years experience in a consulting role, business planning, finance or as a high level Executive Assistant
