Excel Professional Services Limited - Our client is a leading manufacturerof top-line products for the building and construction industry, reputed for its international brands. As part of on-going effort at strengthening its managerial capacity, the company recently engaged our services to fill the following strategic positions on its organization structure:

1.) Finance Controller - ES 127

Responsibilities:
* This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director and has overall management responsibility for the firms finance and accounting function.
* The requirement is for candidates with very good university degrees and membership of one of the recognized institutes of chartered accountants.
* The successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organisations, five of which must be at managerial level.
* The possession of an MBA degree and strong IT skills, including Oracle ERP System, will offer distinct advantages.
* Candidates must also be versatile in International Financial Reporting Standards (I FRS).


2.) Marketing Manager - ES 128

Responsibilities:
* The Marketing Manager will lead a team of highly resourceful marketing executives and be responsible for initiating policies, developing plans and executing strategies approved for securing market dominance for the companys products.
* The search is for self-assured candidates with a first degree in social sciences or other business related disciplines.
* Membership of a recognized professional institute of marketing and a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience is required to qualify for consideration.


3.) Training Manager - ES 129
Responsibilities:
* This position is responsible for implementing the compa
s learning and talent development strategies.
* The requirement is for a learning management professional with a minimum of ten years hands-on experience in training needs analysis, development of competency-based training plans, and training facilitation.
* Membership of CIPMN or other recognized international HR or Training professional bodies is essential to function in this role.
