    No 1. POSITION: Analyst Financial Planning.



    Reports to: Financial Planning Manager.



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:

    Support the Financial Planning sub-unit which supports and is fully integrated with organizational strategic plan and operational goals and objectives. Also to assist with financial forecasting and analysis.



    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Support the Financial Planning team to manage the financial planning processes by verifying total revenue and costs estimates and report variances as and when necessary.

    · Assist in developing tools for analysis and tracking of financial performance of various strategic initiatives.

    · Matching purchase orders with invoices received.

    · Inter department collaboration on forecasting activities, business models, or business plans.

    · Assist the Financial Planning team in the review and testing of the Revenue models, cost models, etc and assumptions underlying them for inclusion in the Business Plan.

    · Assist the Financial Planning team to prepare the quarterly forecast, annual 5/10 year business plan and other strategic plans of the company.

    · Provide support when necessary to project/product teams in respect of financial modeling and reporting function.



    Requirements:

    · Bachelor Degree preferably in a business, accounting or engineering related field

    · Student membership of a recognized and relevant professional accounting/financial analysis institute.

    · Associate membership of CIMA, ACA, ACCA, etc will be an added advantage.

    · 2-4 years experience in Finance or business development; relevant financial modeling, analysis and reporting experience required.

    No 2. POSITION: Analyst Business Analysis.



    Reports to: Manager Commercial Planning



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:

    Strategic Business Decision support via useful, accurate & up to date quantitative and qualitative intelligence. Advisory services: blend external (Macro, Micro and industry) data with observable customer behavior to advice on likely opportunities and threats and the imperative for proactive actions.

    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Robust data analysis & analytics to understand customer behavior and for customer profiling –e.g. customer segmentation analysis by value segments, by geographic location, usage patterns, tenure analysis, churn etc.

    · Competitor analysis and industry dynamics especially on market share and value share.

    · Historical trending to inform analysis

    · Post implementation analysis of launched products and services

    · Management reporting and operations review on subscriber numbers, traffic and revenue (Monthly, weekly , daily and ad hoc)

    · Produce Management dashboard report on current business drivers and monitor growth or otherwise

    · Forecast and track marketing and sales trends

    · Producing monthly reporting on KPIs (ARPU, Subs, Rev, Market share)

    · Coordinate and review forecast, projections for subscriber airtime usage, Minutes of Use analysis, activity growth, call distribution patterns, international call routes, roaming and revenue projections.

    · Track implementations of identified business opportunity based on agreed parameter and provide insight to the business.

    · Business rules development/ documentation for EMTS business reporting requirements.

    · Report Specification generation, auditing and implementation/ co-ordination on the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW systems)

    · Liaison with technical and marketing/ Financial sides of the business to ensure smooth implementation and delivery on business intelligence projects & Predictive churn modeling project.

    · On- site liaison officer with External consultants working on BI Projects such as the EDW redesign project, data warehouse cleanup project.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s degree in social sciences , Economics / Statistics and Business management.

    Reports to: Head Mass Segment.



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:



    To create sustainable, profitable, market volume and value growth for the Telecentre segment of the Consumer Market.

    To assist and support the Head - Mass Market in the implementation of strategies to achieve agreed business objectives. i.e. develop innovative approaches to capture market share within the Segment Industry wide.



    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Formulation of Strategy and Business Cases to ensure attainment of Segment’s Business Targets.

    · Product Conception, Development and Implementation.

    · Analyze, forecasts and understands segment needs, size, trends, profitability etc. of the telecentre segment.

    · Develop strategies to grow Etisalat’s Market share within the segment

    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:



    Implement, monitor and report on customer connection, usage, churn, retention and revenue initiatives to drive achievement of business objectives assigned to Mass Market Segment. Provide relevant and up to date information to aid proper decision making within the authority limits of the Segment manager.

    No 5. POSITION: Manager Churn & Retention.



    Reports to: Director Segment and Strategy.



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:

    Define an effective customer retention strategy, by understanding customer behavior, define the propensity to churn using churn modeling techniques and identify customer profitability. Keep abreast of global and local best practice as it relates to the team/ function’s activities

    Continuously review the unit/ team’s activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved improvement initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team. Identify required resources, personnel, funding to achieve the unit/ function’s strategy.



    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

    · Organizing Customer Engagement / Retentions Programs for customers to enhance build brand loyalty and customer longevity.

    · Plan and manage the human and material resources of the team/ function to optimize performance, morale and enhance productivity.

    · Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions

    · Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinate’s performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives

    · Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit/function.

    · To proactively undertake customer data mining to enable effectiveness of CRM strategies and deployment of promotions to sustain brand affinity.

    · To proactively champion the enhancement of decision support systems such as TABs in order to obtain complete, accurate and timely data.

    · Responsible for business retention and churn KPI’s.

    · To build a cohesive, highly skilled and motivated workforce.     No 7. POSITION: Officer Fleet



    Reports to: Manager Administration..



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:

    Perform activities relating to acquisition, utilization, repair, preventative maintenance and replacement of EMTS’s fleet to satisfy the company’s growing transportation needs and policy initiatives



    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Coordinate and implement a comprehensive program of fleet services and maintenance to ensure a smooth operation of fleet activities within EMTS.

    · Liaise with Procurement division to coordinate the acquisition of fleet for EMTS.

    · Process allocation of vehicles to different users to achieve efficient utilization of vehicle fleet.

    · Facilitate the processing of vehicle licenses, renewals and other statutory registrations.

    · Follow up with Finance and other departments to ensure processing of insurance documents (policy registration claims etc), security and other necessary documentation for all EMTS vehicles.

    · Supervise the distribution of the entire corporation fleet.

    · Develop and maintain a database of all EMTS vehicles and staff to whom they are assigned.

    · Manage allocated vehicles and drivers for EMTS staff, visitors and consultants.

    · Manage other tool-of-trade vehicles and their use throughout the assigned region.

    · Manage company fuel program (including strategic fuel reserves and dumps around the country) and advise management on alternative fuel use systems to ensure efficiency and control.

    · Maintain fuel records of vehicles to check and prevent fraud and ensure optimal usage.

    · Design and initiate fleet maintenance programs.

    · Arrange for the procurement of fleet support items (vehicle spares and accessories) in accordance to EMTS’s procurement procedures.

    · Follow up with approved mechanical workshops on servicing and repairs of EMTS vehicles.

    · Review information/ data on maintenance and fueling costs of each vehicle on a monthly basis to determine efficiency and/or abuse of vehicles.

    · Conduct monthly inspection of fleet and record findings.

    · Compile and prepare a monthly report of fleet activities.

    · Monitor's the company transport pool through effective fleet administration and ensures compliance with safety rules, standard and regulations.

    · Liaise with law enforcement agencies e.g. Nigerian Police, LASTMA, and Road Safety, on all fleet related issues within the region.

    · Monitor the depreciation and amortization process for all vehicles in EMTS’ fleet and oversee the disposal of fully or partially depreciated vehicles.

    · Administer a Vehicle Replacement Program in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

    · Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.

    · Provide guidance and manage the performance of subordinates (i.e. Fleet coordinator, drivers).

    · Prepare/compile agreed periodic travel activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Administration.

    · Perform any other duties as assigned by the line Manager, Administration. .

    Requirements:

    · First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

    · Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.

    · Sound Knowledge in Fuel Administration, Fleet Management, Monitoring and Control.

    · Must be articulate and result driven in the areas of Drivers Management, Supervision, Appraisal, Trainings and Recruitment.

    · Candid will be based in Abuja and must have clear vision and understanding of that environs and the North in total.

    · Excellent grasps of Vehicle Repairs, Maintenance Dynamics and Safety standards.

    · Very Good Organizational and Documentations Skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision.

    Reports to: Manager Administration.



    WORK BASE: Lagos.



    CORE PURPOSE:

    Responsible for the provision and management of office administration services e.g. office supplies and consumables, office equipment, mail, and catering services etc.



    Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

    · Ensure timely and accurate processing (receipt, distribution, and dispatch) of mails and newspapers.

    · Review and verify mail and newspaper distribution to ensure accuracy and completeness of delivery.

    · Ensure safety/confidentiality of mails/packages in custody.

    · Liaise with external courier/postal agency to ensure the rendition of service within/above agreed service levels.

    · Maintain and update a register/database to keep track of all mails and their details.

    · Deal with routine general enquires with regards to mails.

    · Monitor newspaper accounts, keeps track on the regular supply of newspapers and distribute to the staff as per the approved list.

    · Coordinate the requisition, receipt, storage, and/or issuance of office equipment, supplies and consumables in the storeroom.

    · Perform periodic store count of office supplies/consumables in the store to ensure accuracy and completeness of delivery/issuance.

    · Ensure timely stock requisitioning and replenishment of office supplies/consumables and office equipment.

    · Coordinate all payments for utility bills e.g. PHCN, internet, cable network etc.

    · Coordinate the provision of catering services (including tea/coffee) for EMTS staff.

    · Manage relationship with vendors and relevant parties as required.

    · Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.

    · Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Administration.

    · Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Administration.

    Requirements:

    · First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

    · Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.

    · 3- 5 years hands on experience in Office Administration and Management as well as General Internal Services (GIS) in a reputable Organization.

    · Candid must be numerate and have very good IT Skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

    · Knowledge in Accounting, Record/Book keeping as well as Budgeting and Monitoring is essential. (I.e. Finance Support)

    · A sound knowledge of Stores Administration and Inventory Control as well as Quality Assurance is Critical for this function.

    · Candid must demonstrate a clear understanding of Forecasting, Planning, Monitoring and Documentation of Stationeries, Printed and Admin Items matters. Procurement knowledge shall be an added advantage.

    · Experience in Supervising outsourced staff on lower levels in line with the departmental and corporate KPI’s.
