Job Description

• Field inbound calls and enter service tickets into ticketing system
• Monitor ticketing system and ensure prompt client response within specified service level agreements
• Assist support engineering team with open tickets, with greater intensity and level of difficulty as skills advance
• Complete systems documentation, research, and updates
• Assist project teams with new systems deployments

Job Qualifications

• BSc Computer Engineer or Computer Science
• Technical certifications from Microsoft encouraged but not required (ie. MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.). Other technical certifications (ie. Cisco, Citrix, Watchguard, SoniceWALL, hardware certifications, etc.) are encouraged as well.
