Job Purpose:
· Manage all site administration issues and support Site Operation function
· Manage AGO sales and all supporting functions, develop and implement sales, marketing and operational strategies and plans;
· Coordinate and support all marketing drives and assist in accomplishing business development activities and plans;
· Research and develop ways of continuous improvement
· Sourcing business opportunities and closing out deals
Responsibilities:
· Strategic planning for Operations in order to grow the business and maximize opportunities.

· Coordinating the marketing activities of product sales



  • Plan, organize and direct the operational and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.



· Manage depot liaison activities, relationship management and maximization including building new relationships and maintaining a strengthening existing ones across the business



  • Developing field sales action plans and assisting in coordination of field activities with Site operations function
  • Jointly planning and coordinating all logistics arrangements for operations and sales with Enterprise Support Group


· Ensuring well executed documentation for AGO and LPG trading



  • Initiative plans and processes which minimize operational costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and operational schedules while insuring standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Implement operations strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Company’s strategic initiatives.
  • Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem
  • Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
  • Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and action.




  • Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.



· Coordinating activities of AGO and LPG sales to achieve marketing and sales objectives by:



  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; establishing targeted market share.


. Contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change

. Sourcing for new sales channels and viable AGO and LPG trading prospects and customers



  • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product and service delivery; coordinating brand development.
  • Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.




· Negotiating, consummating and executing oil trading transactions

· Jointly handle skid operations management including planning, manpower management, logistics and budgeting with Skid Operations.



  • Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.



Education:
· Minimum HND in Social Sciences, Arts, Engineering or Sciences

Work Experience:
· Minimum 5 years post NYSC work experience, preferably in a decision-making role
· Relevant Experience in Depot Operations and AGO sales management is a definite advantage.
