i had interview with dovecare some weeks back, n i got an offer letter subsequential to the interview. it was a marketing graduate trainee position to earn 130,000 monthly on a target of 100%.
it all depends on you. it sound so juicy, if u 'll be able to meet up the target. just give it a trial and see wat they have this time. if it pays u, fine. but, i will advice u to be convinced within yourself that your are ready for the offer before you do so.
