Difference between zip code and call code

I was moved to post this for the benefit of those who do not know as it just cost a friend and international job placement .....pls also tell your friends so you dont have to feel the way am feeling now:
nigerian zip code is: 00176-0000 while its the nigerian calling code that is +234, pls take note it could even be asked in interviews.

BE RIGHTLY INFORMED AND ON TIME!

yes dear thats why i decided to post it here for all to see,because for my friend its a topic he will never forget in his life....it was really a shame after scaling through tough exams and recruitment exercise.....only to be flawed by so cheap a question! something each one of us should learn from....
