Emy, direct sales agent(DSA) is a contract staff job, the pay is meagre. you will be given target which if you u fail to meet, you wont be paid completely, though it commission based. I currently work as a DSA with stanbic IBTC, I must say, we are still surviving my God's grace.

@emy, DSA is a contract job, d pay is usually 40k with commission on the average cumulative balance on the accounts opened by u. U will receive salary 4d first 3months (either u meet ur target or not) afterwhc u will get paid only if u meet ur target but you'll alwyz get commission on ur cumulative balance.

@lmao, tanx alot 4de info...i jst searchd out an fcmb thread on dis forum, i cldnt bliv it;25k salary in lasgidi as a mkter, o gaa o!! Guyz shared negativ xperiens on de job. No wonda dey ar insensitv in fixin deir dates 4 interview,imagin an sms askin me 2show up in less dan 24hrs.
