@all, anytime u c age in any advert and you ve the very important 2.1 (even if u don't ve 2.1) ignore the age stuff and apply. I made dsame mistake while applying 4 vacancies. cos of age i neva submitted my C.V. to KPMG and some other places, if I had seen the age requirement wia I currently work i wouldn't apply in the first place. . I have been working with Deloitte for over a year now and I was FAR above the 25yrs limit when I initially applied.
My advice - do not let age b barrier to ur success, apply u stand to loose nothing worst u ll not be called for test and u be in ur former state, if after applying u r however called for test, u ve let dat state and u ve additional thing to pray to God for.
I may not b able to come back soon to answer some queries, cos I'm sure some may want to know some things bout Deloitte, pls do undestand - d work here is much and time consuming but interesting and rewarding.
