1.) Head, Retail Sales& Marketing

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the development of a successful retailproducts distribution, marketing and sales strategy for the achievement of setgoals and objectives.

Requirements
Propective Applicants Must Have The Requisite Qualification and Experience In:
o Directingretail sales and its promotional strategy with the objective of promoting thebrand to existing and potential customers.
o Devisingappropriate distribution strategies and plans for the creation of an effectivetrade and distribution channels for the retail products.
o Coordinatingactivities of a retail products sales teams nationwide
o Coordinatingwith relevant teams on advertising, promotions, exhibitions, sponsorships etcto ensure development of effective marketing materials for promotion of theproduct's brand promise/values for the achievement of product visibility,customer retention and loyalty to the brand in line with regulatory guidelines
o Monitoringand analyzing sales performance and promotional campaigns to determineeffectiveness.
o Datacollation, for the provision of an up-to-date information on market trends,competitors' actions, consumer reactions and potentials markets for the retailproduct to
o Ensuringthat an excellent relationship is cultivated and sustained; between the companyand its network of product distributors.
Requirements:
o Afirst degree or HND in the Social Sciences, with a minimum of 5 years relevantwork experience .
o He/shemust have initiative and good analytical/problem solving skills; with excellentinterpersonal, selling and communication skills.

2.) Export SalesManager

The Role
An enterprising role to develop Export Markets for the Company's products byapplying creative sales & marketing strategies for achievement of our salestargets and market share in target markets

Key Responsibilities:
o Developand implement strategic sales plan in new export markets to achieve setbusiness objectives.
o Managethe company's established export account relationships to ensure customersatisfaction
o Reviewmarketing and sales targets for the Export product lines to increase marketshare and profitability
o Liaiseand maintain records of all relevant export regulations, processes and laws inrespect of the target markets
o Acquireand maintain records of all relevant export/import regulations, processes andlaws in respect of export sales target markets
o Coordinateexport sales activities and generate performance reports for decision making
o Deviseappropriate distribution strategies and plans.
Requirements:
o Afirst degree in social sciences or any related discipline.
3.) Human Resource Manager

The Role
The human Resource Manager will be required to work as an integral part of theHuman Resources and Administration team; providing efficient and effectivesupport for all HR services

Key Responsibilities:
o Toprovide support on all aspects of HR Management, including workforce planningand staffing, employee relations, employee development and performancemanagement.
o Ensurethat all HR issues are addressed in accordance with the Nigerian labor laws.
o Ensurethat all HR issues are addressed in accordance with the company's policies.
o Assistthe Head HR/Admin in the provision of strategic support to all functional Headsof our plant operations.
o Maintainand coordinate all industrial relations activities to ensure the existence ofindustrial peace in the organization.
Requirements:
o Afirst degree in social sciences or any related discipline MBA in HR or anyrelated Masters degree is an advantage.
o Abilityto think strategically and membership of IPM is required.

4.) Admin Manager

The Role
The successful candidate will ensure adequate provision and maintenance ofworking tools, equipment and other facilities for the company; and coordinatethe activities of all subunits in the department

Key Responsibilities:
o Inspectand monitor use of company facilities & assets
o Supervisethe daily fleet management operations
o Reviewand approve purchase requisitions
o Coordinateall the company's protocol activities
o liaisewith utility service providers for prompt provision of services
o Plan,review and approve requests for vehicle maintenance
o Preparedepartment's annual budget and Monitor the department's expense lines Copied from:
