.when forwarding a CV as stated....do you just ur CV n send OR write an application letter n attach ur CV with it.
The choice is left for u but if you are requested to forward ur cv with cover letter or application letter, then it's a must.

Actually d choice is urs but 2 b on d safe side, still post ur cover letter cos they might change their mind at any time except if u r nt sending it directly to d coy in question. All the best.
if it's a vacancy that you have started the process, then at a stage, your cv was requested. Just forward only the cv. If it's the first stage/step in the process. Then attach your cover letter
