Responsibilities:
To attend to the needs of clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Organize client information and the services they receive by making sure each client that receives any service in the salon has a customer card and each service is recorded.
Responsible for Client billing.
Keep in contact with clients on weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure each customer is serviced in a timely manner.
Manage customer appointments and handle incoming mail.
Receive and address Customer complaints.

Qualifications/Experience:
The applicant must speak good English, must be intelligent, hardworking and willing to learn fast.
Applicants must also be familiar and skilled with Microsoft Office Packages. The applicant must also be internet savvy.
The applicant should also be fashion savvy and have good knowledge of current fashion trends.
