JOB DESCRIPTION:
(i) Ensure customers’ needs are satisfied
(ii) help resolve customers’ complaints
(iii) handle face-to-face enquiries from customers
(iv) establish good relations with current and prospective clients
(v) providing help and advice
(vi) issue refunds or compensation to customers
(vii) keeping adequate records of interactions or correspondences
(viii) producing written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages/software
(ix) suggesting possible improvements to customer service
(x) learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with services
(xi) keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Minimum of HND/B.SC in any of the social science, art of computer (engineering) disciplines
(ii) Must have a minimum of 2nd Class Lower or its equivalent
(iii) Not more than 35 years old
(iv) Maximum of three years working experience
