RESPONSIBILITIES

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Attending to customers’ inquiries and complaints

Keeping a daily log of customer activities

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of OND in any related discipline

Minimum of 1-2 years work experience

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
