Job description:

Duties :


  • In collaboration with functional business managers across FMS, the Communications Specialist will define needs and drive creation, revision and approval of a broad array of communications and website content, ensuring consistent “branding” and quality standards, delivering high quality and effective written materials to meet needs.
  • The Communications Specialist will lead the creation of performance support materials for a broad array of financial tasks and activities supported by FMS and will independently design and develop major components of integrated communication plans in support of change management campaigns.

  • Ability to assimilate and disseminate complex information, particularly in written form
  • Expert knowledge of communication principles and industry best practices, tools and implementation strategies for communications, change management and marketing
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Understanding of business processes and acute sensitivity to customer-centered requirements and results
  • Superior analytic skill in order to assess needs and define solutions for complex objectives
  • Ability to articulate communication goals and evaluate needs in terms of context, impact, message, audience, and tone
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively alone and as a contributor to cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of bellio administrative and financial tools, processes and policies desirable
  • Four year university degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field and others.
  • 2 to 3 years related experience.NCE,ND,OND,HND,MASTERS DEGREE,BSC,will be of more advantage.
