Job Objective:

  • The Candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the medical division.
  • He/She will direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, with emphasis on sourcing for and the management of new clients, as well as offering customer support to clients.


Responsibilities:
The duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
  • Preparing action plans by individuals as well as for the sales team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducting one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications and to understand the training and development needs in order to provide insight for the improvement of the Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
  • Provide timely feedback to Senior Management regarding the department’s performance.


Education, Experience & Competency requirement:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales management,
  • A degree in any field.
  • Team management and segmental marketing strategy development and implementation must be demonstrated.
  • Medical knowledge would be a plus but not criteria.
