Job Summary;

Job Description

* You will have the following responsibilities:
* Operate telephone switchboard system and manage phone calls at the reception area, directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when required

Responsibilities

* Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
* Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
* Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
* Analyze and review budgets and expenditures.
* Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and review budget revenue, expense, invoices, and other accounting documents.
* Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
* Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies.
* Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
* Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
* Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
* Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.

* Minimum of M.Arch/HND Architecture.

Experience:

* Minimum of 4 years post NYSC

Location

* Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate

Responsibility:

* Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client;
* Using IT in design and project management, specifically software packages such as Auto Cad
* keeping within deadlines
* Producing detailed drawings from which costing is produced
* Major role in Negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
* Coordinating the work of contractors;
* Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale
* Work closely with other professionals, including engineers and surveyors, to make sure buildings meet the necessary standards.

* Delivering accurate and detailed working drawings within stipulated time.
* Producing detailed and accurate working drawings from which costing are produced.

Positions: Civil Engineers & Builders

Educational Qualifications:

* Minimum of B. Eng/HND Civil Engineering, Building, Professional qualification(s) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

* Minimum of 4 years post NYSC cognate or relevant

Location

* Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate

Job Scope:

* To meet project and site operational needs by executing construction works within set operational time, project scope and agreed budgets.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geological data for proper planning & execution of projects.
* Plan and design buildings following construction and government standards, using design software(s) and drawing tools.
* Inspect project site(s) to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
* Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
* Prepare or present public reports such as bid proposals, deeds.
* environmental impact statements, technical reports and
* property and right-of-way descriptions. ” Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and
* strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt or steel,
* Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to construction and managerial personnel
* Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact on projects.
