CarlNellis Consulting- Our client, a multinational company with significant interest in Telecommunications, as part of its expansion and development programmes is looking for experienced, intelligent and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1) Process Manager / Operations Manager – (001)
Post-graduate / graduate with 6-9 years of total experience in Telecom or BPO industry with 2-3 years of experience in handling large teams of approx 200-250 persons. Should be able to drive process improvements, standardization, forecast transaction volumes and staff needs. Knowledge of Six Sigma and other quality tools to ensure superior service delivery would be a plus.
2) Manager Quality – (002)
Post-graduate / graduate with Black / Green Belt certification having 6-8 years of overall experience in BPO industry with 3-5 years of experience in (Voice-Non voice) Quality Assurance. Should have an experience of implementing Six Sigma /COEP practices for continuous process improvement. Should have an exposure to ISO / COPC Compliance Audits.
3) Team Manager / Assistant Manager / Team Leader – (003)
Post-graduate / graduate with 2-6 years of total experience in Telecom or BPO industry. Should have good knowledge of day-to-day operations of call center and be able to lead / develop a team of 4-6 Team Leaders and manage a total team of 100-150 Associates.
4) Trainer - (004)
Post-graduate / graduate with 2-3 years of total experience in Telecom or BPOindustry and 1-2 years as a product and process trainer. Should have conducted periodic refreshers and participated in designing / updating training modules. Platform certification in customer service skills would be a plus.
5) Quality Executive – (005)
Post-graduate / graduate with 2-3 years of total experience in Telecom or BPO industry and 6+ months as a Quality Executive. Should have experience of call monitoring, auditing, generating quality reports & coaching and feedback.
6) Customer Service Associate – (006)
Graduate / Under-graduate with reasonable communication skills in English and any one of the regional languages. Should have good computer keyboard typing skills and basic awareness of computers.
7) HR Manager – (007)
Graduate / Post -graduate degree in HR or other relevant field with 6 – 9 years experience in HR Field Demonstrate sound judgment and fairness when administering HR policies and procedures. Ensuring laid down HR policies and processes are adhered to and defined SLA’s are met. Mentoring and counseling team members and Building effective working relationships within the team .Work with Senior Management team on initiatives to support new business growth. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Ability to lead a team from the front by being a role model. Capability to deploy HR Systems and Processes in compliance with the local law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advance ability at using MS Office.
HR Executive – (00
Graduate / Post -graduate degree in HR or other relevant field with 2 – 5 years experience in HR Field. Responsible for entry to exit cycle for the employee. Experience with HRIS will be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advance ability at using MS Office.
