Job Description:
Identifying relevant capacity building needs within Development Programmes and International NGOs;
Managing the delivery of capacity building trainings;
Liaising with international organisations and training institutions for capacity building support;
Coordinating the implementation of such capacity building and training programmes;
Additional Responsibilities includes:
Conducting needs assessments for determining the training and capacity building needs of the various target audiences;
Preparing comprehensive training packages (including budgets) to meet the needs of the various stakeholders and target audiences
Organizing and conducting training courses, seminars and workshops;
Liaising and networking with training institutions and the relevant service providers to undertake training and capacity building activities.


Qualification and Experience
Applicants must have a post graduate degree in Business Administration, Management or Human Resources with a minimum of 1-2 years experience of managing the delivery of high quality capacity development and training.
Excellent team leader with proven ability to successfully manage small teams charged with high standards to deliver ambitious targets is required for this job.
Candidates must also have proven experience in building relationships with excellent networking skills. The ability to manage relationships with tact and sensitivity are also required for the job. S/he must have also good financial management skills with a strong affinity to managing budgets.
