    Can you sell sand to a Saharan or ice to an Eskimo?

    Our Clients, two companies in two different industries require smart, articulate and achievement -driven individuals to drive their Sales and Business Development targets.

    Client 1: A fast growing ICT Company, with focus on Sales and Maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers and other high end Computer peripherals; including latest LAN/WAN Technologies and also plays in the league of top ICT companies, partnering with industry leaders like CISCO, Dell, HP, Troy, and more.

    VACANT POST: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES [2 Positions]

    The successful candidate, with wide and varied experience in Computer Hardware Sales will, amongst other things, have the responsibility to;

    v Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business
    v Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    v Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    v Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    v Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    v Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    v Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    v Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    v Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
    v Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
    v Identify and resolve client concerns.
    v Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    v Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    v Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
    v Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
    v Ensuring our Client remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
    v Other duties as assigned.

    Academic Qualification: Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing/Business Administration or any related field in any Social Sciences Field. A chartered member of NMIN/NIM will be an added advantage
    Required Skills:
    v 3 - 5 years of hands on experience.
    v Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
    v Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities.
    v Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
    v Innovative, dynamic couple with CAN-DO attitude
    v Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – a must.
    v Professional image, polished presentation
    v Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
    v High energy and results-oriented
    v Excellent communication, purchasing, analytical, problem solving, planning and general business skills
    v Detail oriented with strong presentation, organizational and project management skills
    v Excellent client /customer management skills
    v Ability to work under pressure
    v Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

    Client 2: Our Client, the leading manufacturer of flexible, reconstituted and rigid foam products requires qualified and competent individuals to fill the following vacancy as a matter of utmost urgency.
    VACANT POST: MARKETING EXECUTIVES (20 SLOTS)
    Overall Objective- Delight our customers by delivering outstanding service to customers and selling the company's products to achieve set target.
    v Present and sell company services to current and potential clients with excellent product knowledge to achieve sales target.
    v Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    v Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    v Provide market intelligence reports on competitor's activities.
    v Identify sales prospects and develop old accounts as assigned.
    v Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.
    v Develop new accounts.
    v Identify and resolve client concerns.
    v Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
