Business Development Manager - Training Services

Job Description
This is a key role within the Company. He/She will already have at least 1 – 2 years experience selling Technology and or management training services. The candidate must be intelligent, articulate, hardworking, optimistic with a positive attitude, takes responsibility, can work effectively under pressure, outgoing and extroverted/outspoken.
In addition to this candidate must display strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to prepare good business proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Marketing/sourcing for new high networth businesses for the organization
·Generating new business ideas and desire strategies for acquiring new clients
·Generating income in line with the set-target
·Accurately forecast quarterly revenue opportunities within your assigned territory
·Follow up on customer sales inquiries
·Training Planning forecasting ability
·Develop Sales Channel partners if necessary

·Articulate with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
·Must possess persuasive and negotiating skills
·Self confidence and aggressive in pursuing targets
·Must have a great drive to perform and deliver results
·Significant experience in Training Services market
·Must be comfortable in meeting Principal officers and Key decision makers
·Demonstrated understanding of customer training needs and competitive landscape
·Team player, warm, dynamic, respects views of others

Requirements
HND/B.A/B.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering/Business Admin or any related degree.
