Job Title: Business Development Manager
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients through advertising, broadcasting, and other media instruments. They must then plan persuasive approaches that will convince clients to purchase the product.
Business Development Managers must display a passion for images, be self-motivated and enthusiastic. They need strong leadership skills and should be able to manage and motivate a wide range of people so that the sales team hits its targets.

Requirement:
The candidate should:
· Have strong brand management experience;
· Good I.T. Skills; especially Power point and Excel
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to work to targets / goals / deadlines
· previous travel experience or evidence of ability to travel to the western economies/world / economies with no visa difficulties
· Experience creating, costing and implementing sales / marketing / advertising plans

  • Excellent business development and relationship management skills
  • They should be outgoing and friendly and exceptional at building rapport.
  • Experience of book keeping and basic accounting skills is essential


Duties:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • ability to work as a trainer and deliver training programs is essential
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales


Qualification: A first degree is essential preferable in a marketing related course. Masters is desirable
Minimum of 3 years working experience in brand managing.
Salary: 60-100k monthly depending on experience, with commission
