Job Description

The successful candidates will create awareness of the company’s products and develop new distribution channels. They will implement strategic Marketing plans and meet set targets. They will write business proposals, give presentations before our prestigious clients. They will also be required to give excellent customer service to customers. Must be present living in Lagos, and should also understand the Lagos market.


  • Craft out market penetration strategy to deliver at least budget but preferred forecast.



  • Hold strategic road map/brain storm sessions with stake holders and when needed be execute successfully executives blue prints.



  • Ability to use the online analytic tools for market insights.



  • Build and manage relationships with current and potential clients/vendors.



  • Co-ordinate the sales team effort at achieving the targets.



  • Build and ensure updated clients database exists and delivers weekly report on the concerted sales effort.



  • Organize trainings and retrains to ensure that down lines are knowledgeable and competent.



  • Develop and document necessary SOPs for the day to day running of Sales Operations.



  • Initiate and as directed take the lead in fronting the company’s identity.



  • Any other needs to do that could be instrumental to the overall business objectives.



Requirements


  • A university degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
  • MBA and professional qualification is an added advantage
  • A minimum of five years relevant experience especially in marketing research and business analysis (Numerical skills added advantage)
  • Good communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Must have good knowledge of IT
