BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities include:
• research the market for identifying new business opportunities
• Follow up on marketing and close business deals
• respond to clients queries regarding the services in a timely fashion
• develop business proposals for new and existing customers
• develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of
prospective clients
• manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
• participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a
representative of the organization
• determine cross-selling opportunities among different services and clients
• develop creative strategies to retain clients and incorporate it into
business growth plan
• Supervise and utilize customer contacts and mailing lists
• Will report to Business Development Manager
Please note: Business Development qualification and/or experience in Sales
is an added advantage
