A Building Construction Company is recruiting to fill the following vacant positions:
1) General Manager
Responsibilities
Will design and drive a project charter, carry Out sequencing, draw work break down schedules, and take charge of process audit at building sites,
Requirements

  • Requires 15 years experience in construction or project management,
  • University degree in Civil, Building, Archi or Project Management.
  • Be professionally registered, plus mandatory additional training in economical business or exposure to business analysis, value analysis or project economics
  • Engr, Archi or Builder with Business Analysis/ Economics Experience


2) Quantity Surveyors

Requirement

  • Senior quantity analyst with a QS degree and 8 years diverse experience in a construction environment
  • Must be professionally registered.
  • Junior QS with 3-4 years experience also required


3) Project Management

Requirement

  • Senior project management expert with an Archi, Engineer or Bsc degree and
  • 10 years construction project management experience.
  • Must be professionally registered.
  • Other project management officers with 4-7 years experience also required

4) Quality Control Manager
Responsibilities
Will take charge of the physical quality control on the building process, coordinate the allocation of resources at the construction sites and ensure perfect construction at every point.

Requirement


  • Degree in Civil Eng. or Building plus 8 years experience in construction and/or project management, be professional registered

5) Architects
Responsibilities
Fully fledged Architects required, to design projects and supervise construction processes at project sites.

Requirement


  • Archi degree, professionally registered and minimum of 7 years experience with mandatory international experience
