Topic: Bat test attempt

House, the worst happened when i was writing my BAT test.I was able to submit for the Numerical Reasoning and it brought up a page for the next one wchich was Verbal.But when i clicked on continue i lost connection to the internet and I was not able to access the page again.I didnt close my browser as instructed.I refreshed the page and it told me i have initially attempted the test and should contact my admiistrator.Mine was 30 question that i wrote in 30 mins wchich i believe is only the first part.What shouls i do about this.I have mailed them my complaint.I ust hope they will respond.
