Good thing. I wished they could do a teleconference interview instead of having someone travel back and forth on the bad road or even more, on those ancient planes..hahaha

@ badgirlz, if they do teleconferencing how wld they know if u re the person talkin, cos someone can stand in for u n talk on the phone.
the best option is to do the interviews in diff regions; east, west, north, south.
but the problem is, how do we suggest this to them?

Teleconferencing, well, yes. But I guess there are a couple other factors they will only be able to observe during face to face interviews. So...

I think dey shud ave jus done it accordin to zones. Sinc deyv a factory in zaira it wud ave been better for dos of us n d north to have our own interviews der. But den i gues we cant complain sha cos we dey find ds job anywher wey im dey. GOD help us.

You have a point. But the head office and consequently central function(s) are in Lagos. The H/R team is stationed in Lagos.

Only liason offices are in Zaria and Ibadan where the factories are.

I'm sure you'd agree that it's not business wise to have function teams in all the zones so hey...

Interviews start at 10am everyday. Theyy can only take about 6 - 8 applicants daily. I reckon over 300 got to the Screening phase so it's is logical that the interview would take a long time to wrap up.

You will get communicated to. I can assure you that.

Worrying never solved anything. So just go about your normal business and when you least expect it, it will come.
