Alesh, you applied to three places?

Let me share my conspiracy theory with you. The three firms noticed your names on all their lists and each firm, oblivious of the others similar decision, decided not to contact you. Diageo assume Stanbic/BAT would call you, BAT assumed Diageo/Stanbic would call you and you can permutate the third.

So yes, its a mess.

So if you were in the same boat as me ie BAT limbo, just be hopeful, yours in on the way.
