It's always best to write a cover letter. State why it is you're applying and the qualities you possess to excel at the said position...

I didn't want to comment about this topic but i noticed you guys talking about covering letters. Guys no body reads your covering letters. I have worked in the Aviation Industry for over 5 years so i talk from vast experience. I have both attended and conducted interviews. Dont over do anything, just send your required CV and nothing else. Short listing is mainly based on experience but they could deviate a bit if they find you interesting. Doing the right thing during submition of CV'S is also part of the recruitment process so just do what you are told and nothing more. Impress them only at the interview not before. Good luck.

I cant confirm this categorically but i think their system automatically rejects any incoming mail when they feel they've got enough mails. I was able to submit for Station Manager immediatly i got the message on my rss feeds. This gives me automatic updates even while i'm sleeping. But keep trying guys. Thats the email address. Good luck.
