o Monitor deliveries of generators to clients.
o Provide information to callers.
o Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
o Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.
o Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
o Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
o Escalate issues timely and appropriately to ensure client satisfaction.
o Track and pickup invoices and payments.
o Work with the engineering team.
o Filing Documents.
o Report preparation, correspondence duties with clients and engineering team.
o Site Supervision of engineers and generator operators

o Excellent Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint skills.

Requirements
o The candidates must possess SSCE or OND in any degree from a reputable institution.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Capacity to manage people effectively and productively.
o Computer skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint and the internet.

o The Company is located at Ajah; Residents along this axis will be considered first.
o Salary range between NGN15, 000 – NGN20, 000 with the opportunity to earn commission on sales will be preferred.
