We are a consulting and product provider in the Food, Education and Healthcare value chain. We deliver projects across these industries to governments, private enterprises and multinational corporations.



Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be able to perform clerical and administrative activities following established methods and procedures, be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all financial transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation for month/year end accounts
  • Completing all month end financial procedures
  • Production of monthly key financial indicators for management
  • Administration of purchase order documentation and procedures
  • General order processing
  • Maintain lines of communication with customers (internal & external) regarding products and delivery times
  • Maintain lines of communication with internal and external suppliers regarding deliveries
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Preparation of delivery documentation and liaise with shippers to ensure shipments are on time.
  • General administrative support




Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A good university degree in Accounting or other related fields
  • Not less than 3 years post NYSC in a related position
