Job Description
A reputable company in Lagos requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position

Responsibilities:
Ensure all receivables are promptly collected from clients. This may be in collaboration with the sales team.
Monitor the company’s liquidity levels and advice management on status and solution.
Carry out treasury management related functions for the company
Safeguard the company’s assets.
Ensure optimal inventory control and minimize leakages.
Tighten up the company’s accounting procedure to ensure losses are minimized and profit is maximized.
Arrange financing opportunity for the company’s project and operations
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting report.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to account, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain and co-ordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system report for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
Explain billng invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data base, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company automated financial systems.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Document accounting policies for the company based on general accounting standards and provide orientation for staff on the policies.
Reporting to MD/ED.

Qualifications/Experience:
3 - 5 years experience in related field.
Have prior selling experience in solution selling/hardware.
Should be capable of selling Applications of Oracle/Hardware and Storage.
A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, economics or any other related discipline.
A broad knowledge of ICT products and services.
High level of professional skill and knowledge in account/relationship management, marketing, business development and economics.
