Job Description
Cool Link Limited (member of Steam Broadcasting and Communications,
Ltd, part of the AIM Group Holding Company) is a Nigerian Systems Integrator with its head-office located in Lagos.we have ensured the highest levels of customer responsiveness and service quality, a trait which has earned us long-standing relationships with our customers and transformed us from an ISP to a Systems Integrator. We require the services of qualified candidates to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls & e mails.
Effective search of sales leads and prospects ( identify new markets & business opportunities).
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market.
Making accurate , rapid calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
Review all major deliverables ( strategic brief, function, specification, technology spec,)to ensure quality standards and client expectations.
Approves change orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the account director , sales or other Q-bridge support.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Owns contract and contract renewals for new work for existing clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Account / project Management experience.
Experience with VSAT , FWB/DIA , Wimax ,Wi-Fi, Fiber networks ,& enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements’.
Technical competence ( understand software , hardware ,networks e.t.c.
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
