There is no big deal paying a graduate 15k for 3days training. There is also no big deal paying for a graduate's accommodation and meals for 3 days. The reason is most of our graduates are poor in the mind that's why someone is looking at that to be a very big deal. Even if you don't get the job, don't they have to pay for your time they have wasted? Come on guys, its high time we started placing a price tag on our education.
