Requirements for Trainee:
1. Graduate from a reputable university
2. Maximum age of 24 years
3. Second class upper or 2:2 with a masters degree

Requirements for interns:
1. Graduate from a reputable university
2. Maximum age of 23 years
3. Second class upper
Internship is for 18 months. Application for internship is open whether you have completed NYSC or not and you could be retained.

The bank needs a mix of those that either schooled in Nigeria or abroad.
