ACCOUNT MANAGER - JOB ADVERTISEMENT
IDEAL PROFILE
You must have prior success growing accounts through effective planning, great strategies and providing great customer service. You are effective at finding and qualifying new opportunities, up-sell consistently and build strong relationships with management and staff. You can successfully manage multiple accounts, identifying the key decision makers, drive people to act and create urgency for product or service usage. You are tenacious, articulate and attentive to detail, have a strong work ethic and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with banking, service bureaus, finance, business services, risk management, credit and lending is a definite plus but not absolutely required. Outstanding analytical, organizational and time-management skills are essential. Previous earning of 1.5 Million Naira per annum required.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years strong previous experience in sales and account management at a regional or national account level. Experience in financial services industry a plus
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and computer skills
• Excellent people skills
• Good training and motivational skills at the sales associates level
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally
