HR Manager
Duties/functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Legal Officer

• 1-2 years (minimum) relevant working experience
• Coordinating Resources - As well as organizing her own department, a legal officer is responsible for working with other departments within the organization.
• Research - involves looking for laws that will either help the organization achieve its goals or that could be problematic.
• Drawing Up Contracts - responsible for drawing up legal contracts. This includes employment contracts between the company and employees, contracts of sale and lease and contracts outlining responsibilities of subsidiary companies and partners.
• Provide Advice - provide senior staff/management with legal advice on any issue related to the business of the organization. This may include creating documents such as booklets or outlining the effects new legislation will have on the organization.

IT Support Engr

? 2 years (minimum) relevant working experience
? installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
? monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
? talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
? troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
? replacing parts as required;
? providing support, including procedural documentation;
? following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
? supporting the roll-out of new applications;
? setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
? responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;

IT Support Engineer (Systems Administrator)

Primary Responsibilities
Manage all IT systems, including LAN, WAN, CRM, telephone and related systems.

This includes:
o Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
o Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers.
o Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
o Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.
o Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
o Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, monitor network, computer and disk utilization.
o Play a lead role in developing and implementing an IT disaster recovery plan.
o Inventory and provide accounting for MERIT resources including software, server, workstation and lap top systems.
o Conduct software and hardware evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the company’s IT goals.
o Undertake and manage research, development and implementation of a new MERIT web presence.
o Develop a strategic IT plan to meet the requirements of MERIT overall growth plan to be reviewed on a regular basis with

Management and adjusted as necessary.
o Work with a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years experience with Microsoft Windows Administration, with 3+ years in a Windows 2000/2003
environment supporting 40+ users, experience with Group Policies: Software, Security, Login and logout functions, support of remote users via VPN technologies
2+ years experience operating Windows 2000/2003 Exchange Infrastructure 1+ years experience Internet Information Server, Web, FTP, SMTP
Experience building and maintaining systems including:
Architecting and implementing storage & data management solutions.
Must have practical exposure to storage and data management products, Intel based servers and storage and NAS technologies.
Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configuration, efficient network architecture, and proactive server
monitoring.

Responsible for maintenance, modification and uptime on Mitel PBX system
