A fast growing Information Technology Institute located in Central Area, Abuja. Requires the following positions to be filled:

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (REF: FIIT/ABJ/CSO)
• To provide administrative and secretarial support to the branch, including managing a bring forward system, maintaining diaries, arranging meetings organizing classes, time tables etc and to ensure that all orders from customers are processed, checked and supplied in a courteous and timely manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare / collate orders from marketers and other sources, keeping adequate records of quotations, pending orders and enquiries and checking each consignment before delivery.
• Undertake Customer Relations functions and participate in marketing via email, phone calls, SMS, etc. with conversion rate above 50% of contacts made.
• Provide error-free secretarial and administrative and support to services to the Branch.
• Process, circulate and respond as appropriate to in-coming mail.
• Develop and maintain records and information management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of OND in Computer Science, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication or related area. A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be Computer Literate, internet literacy and be proficient in the use of Micro soft office Suite
• Must have Good Command in English language
• Must have Good interpersonal relationship
• Can work under little or no supervision

TEST CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR (REF: FIIT/ABJ/TCA)

QUALIFICATION
• A minimum of OND in Computer Science or in any related discipline
• Must be proficiency in Hardware and Networking Troubleshooting
• Must be proficiency in Software Installation and Troubleshooting
• Must have Good interpersonal relationship
• Can work under little or no supervision
