Development Manager, Software Development Manager

Wonderful opportunity to act as a key influencer at a small, successful software company that has penetrated the US market and has an ambitious agenda to remain at the top of its space in the IT Content Development and Delivery market sector. Reporting in to the CTO you will be responsible for the management of day to day development and QA activities: Staff management, project milestones and deliverables, resource allocation and all activities in the QA/Testing domain.

The relevant candidate will have strong project management experience - delivering complex IT focused projects on time and to budget.

Experience of the full project life cycle is essential as well as strong communications skills.
