VACANT POSITIONS

1. Head of Finance

Reports to the MD

Will be responsible for the management of the company accounts, taxation, budgeting, planning, inventory management, HR and Payroll management. PO, Receivables and payables management.

Qualifications:
Minimum: University first degree in Accounting or Finance

Advantage: ICAN, ACCA etc

Experience: Must have deep knowledge of accounting practice. Good knowledge of Nigerian taxation etc. Versatile with the use of most accounting packages.


2. Head of Sales & Marketing

Reports to the MD

Will be responsible for driving technology sales of our solutions (managed services, service management, enterprise mobility, enterprise 2.0 and infrastructure solutions) on BMC software, Oracle, BEA, Sun etc (see list of our technology above). Will also be responsible for generating opportunities and coordinating accounts.

Qualifications:
Minimum: University first degree

Experience: Must have sold technology solutions in current or previous work experience. Adequate exposure to the use of CRM tool for managing client accounts etc.

3. Account / Sales Managers

Reports to Head of Sales

Will be responsible for supporting sales efforts of the organizations around our solutions (managed services, service management, enterprise mobility, enterprise 2.0 and infrastructure solutions) on BMC software, Oracle, BEA, Sun etc (see list of our technology above). Will be responsible for managing client relationships / accounts.

Qualifications:
Minimum: University first degree

Experience: Must have sold technology solutions in current or previous work experience. Adequate exposure to the use of CRM tool for managing client accounts etc

4. Technical Architects / Presales Engineers

Reports to Head of Sales

Will be responsible for supporting sales efforts of the organizations around our solutions (managed services, service management, enterprise mobility, enterprise 2.0 and infrastructure solutions) on BMC software, Oracle, BEA, Sun etc (see list of our technology above).

Will be responsible for developing prototype solutions, Proof of Concepts, Demos for the opportunities being pursued in the organisation as required by the client. Will be responsible for architecting the technology solution around Oracle, BMC, BEA, Sun etc.

Responsible for converting client's functional requirements into technical requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum: University first degree

Experience: Must have broad knowledge of technology, especially with BMC, Oracle, Sun, BEA. Must have at least a certification in Oracle or BEA or Sun. Must be articulate and vast in the use of Microsoft Office Suites.

5. Commercial / Bid Officers

Reports to Head of Delivery

Will be responsible for supporting sales efforts of the organizations around our solutions (managed services, service management, enterprise mobility, enterprise 2.0 and infrastructure solutions) on BMC software, Oracle, BEA, Sun etc (see list of our technology above).

Will be responsible for coordinating the bid responses within the organization. He will anchor the interpretation of the Bid document, outline the responses and work with the Delivery Manager to ensure that all contents / parties involved in the proposal submission. He will be solely responsible for collating proposal responses, and integrating into a master document proposal that will be submitted. Will be responsible for formatting, binding and submitting the bid.

Qualifications:
Minimum: HND or University first degree

Experience: Must have worked in an organization that handles high volume transactions that involve documentation. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suites


6. Senior Admin Officer

Reports to Head of Finance

Will be responsible for managing the office assets (stationery, furniture, refreshments, PCs, printer, binders, photocopiers, generators etc). Will liaise with the vendors that are delivering services to the company to ensure that the service level agreements are adhered to and there is no disruption in the services. Will be responsible for managing the logistics such as staff travel itinerary, expatriates itinerary, project logistics (accommodation, transportation etc). Will be responsible for managing the office facilities and services.

Qualifications:
Minimum: University first degree

Experience: Must be articulate and vast in the use of Microsoft Office Suites.
