Description : The role is centered on leading online marketing and sales growth Africa (Nigeria as the epicenter) markets, building strategies which drive commercial success, and supporting the development of the organizations brand. The successful candidate will have the following experience.Experience required:

• Outstanding strategic marketing, sales and digital understanding and vision with extensive experience implementing at a senior level.

• A passion for E-commerce and delivering exceptional growth results.

• A dynamic and outgoing leader, able to coherently communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, as well as externally.


• Analytical and logical problem solver, able to quickly find sustainable solutions to critical issues.


• A dynamic team leader, able to build and maintain strong teams.


• A tenacious and persistent character that ensures priorities are completed to deadline.


• Extensive hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques e.g. SEM, email marketing, merchandising, customer experience etc.


• Able to lead and influence to deliver to objectives, also manage creative agencies and provide reports to Senior Management.



• Manage multi-million Naira marketing budgets to effective ROI and achieve objectives.


• A high level of English both spoken & written is essential.


Qualifications : • B2C E-commerce experience.

• Senior marketing qualification or equivalent experience.

• Commercial and/or financial experience of managing budgets. Key Accountabilities:


• Build and set challenging E-commerce sales and marketing objectives and KPIs.


• Create robust strategies and tactics to ensure competitive online proposition - products, prices and promotions in these markets, ensuring balance with channel strategies
