Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of 2nd Class degree
- Good technical skills in Windows operating systems
- For Business support/consultants, a related degree in Finance or accounting is preferred
- For Technical support, a related degree in computer science or Engineering is preferred

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for
- providing high-quality technical support for the InfoWARE software solutions across Nigeria
- Working on other programming and documentation projects as required.
- Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
- Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
- File enhancement requests and work with product management / product marketing to understand requested product enhancements
- Prioritize both time and projects, working independently
- Listen, comprehend and communicate on the fly

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of 2nd Class degree
- Good skills using Windows operating systems
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems with ability to think "out-of-the-box” and develop creative solutions.
- For Technical Support, additional requirements include
o Good technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
o Knowledge of SQL programming

Additional Qualifications
The following qualifications will give the candidates an edge
- Experience and knowledge of capital market and stock broking operations
- Deep working of SQL Server and Microsoft reporting services
- Experience implementing accounting or banking software
