you need the installation disc to completely do that
try to run the installation agan you will see an option for uninstall, that will totallly get it of your system

Your system is obviously infected by some kind of virus which has disabled your Registry Editor and Task Manager. I had the same problem once and I googled for a solution. I then stumbled upon an anti-malware called Malwarebytes. I installed it and it enabled my task manager and registry editor. But make sure you uninstall afterwards coz u would need an activation key for Real-time protection. Apart from that its a very good anti-malware program. All the best.

You can go to your system registry and remove the file

My computer, then click on local disk, then go to program files , look for the AVG 8.5 program file and delete it, then restart your computer and try re-installing the new antivirus. 1 Love.

try booting your computer from safe mode and do the uninstalling again
