OUR COMPANY, INVOLVED IN ADVERTISING SOLUTIONS, MARKETING AND INNOVATIVE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS, IS RECRUITING SUITABLE PERSONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS;


Position: Accountant

Responsibilities would include:

1. Providing financial direction and support to the CEO.
2. Management of financial accounting processes and policies.
3. Preparation of periodic management and financial accounts, reports, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans.
4. Examination and analysis of financial information such as balance sheets, income statements and monthly/ quarterly operating results.
5. Liaising and working with the external auditors and internal auditors.
6. Management of cash flow and all matters relating to tax, company tax, returns, VAT and PAYE.
7. Responding to information requests from internal and external customers.
8. Payroll management, bank reconciliations.
9. Analysis of transactions and preparation of journal entries


Requirements:

? Candidates must possess a degree from a reputable University with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division).
? Must possess good written and oral communications skills.
? Must have qualified as an accountant in Nigeria with ACA and be a member of ICAN with 5-10 years working experience in general business accounting (which must have included taxation, auditing and financial reporting).
? Must have good knowledge of, and experience with Peachtree, Sage or other accounting software.


Position: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities would include:

1. Being responsible for the achievement of the company’s sales target.
2. Ensuring renewal of all existing business and customer retention.
3. Providing excellent customer services by identifying customer needs/ preferences.
4. Liaising with brokers and agents in accordance with company policy for business patronage.
5. Developing effective strategies for marketing the company’s products and devising the company’s marketing strategies and policies.
6. Being responsible for the management training, supervision and overseeing all sales/ marketing staff and customer service staff and ensuring the staff are efficiently utilised.
Requirements:

? Candidates must possess a University degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division).
? Must possess impressive written and oral communications skills.
? Have 5-10 year’s post-degree working experience in a marketing position with customer service experience.
? A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
? Professional membership of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing will be an advantage.
? Must be able to meet targets, write good proposals and be result-oriented.
? Must be able to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)




Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities would include:

1. Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.
2. Planning and carrying out marketing activities to agreed sales and timescales.
3. Responding to and following-up sales enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits.
4. Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaising with relevant staff.
5. Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management information.
6. Carrying out market analysis and research, and competitor and customer surveys periodically.
7. Liaising and attending meetings with other personnel and departments of the company to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
8. Making and keeping track of all sales executed.



Requirements:

? Candidates must possess a University degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division).
? Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
? At least 2 years post-degree working experience in a marketing or sales environment.
? Must be able to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
? Must be able to meet targets.
