An Oil Service Organisation is seeking a matured and experienced individual to fill the position of an Administrative Manager.

This individual will provide diverse administrative support for the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their responsibilities and learn new skills with a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

- Calendar & phone management
- Event / meeting planning and minutes
- Travel booking & expense reimbursement preparation
- Presentation and documentation support
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply & security requests.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Special projects

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years experience in an administrative role, preferably managing or supervising.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Must be fluent in MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Superb customer service
- Demonstrate an ability to organize and prioritize including follow up skills
- Manage confidential and sensitive matters appropriately
- Must be energetic, personable, and flexible and excel in a fast paced environment.
