Topic: I need a land that cost between 250-700k

Hello house i urgently need a plot of land or half plot of land between the range of 250-700k, my choice area is Alimosho Local Government areas (idimu, ikotun, ijegun,igando, iyana iba, Egbeda, ejigbo, Baruwa, Ayobo, Ipaja, meiran, e.t.c) or Ikorodu.

i really wouldnt mind if the price can get me half a plot in these areas because these areas are a little developed than sango and its environs and i know that prices have really gone up in these areas but and i really dont like the Mowe axis because of the expressway. Please can anyone help me, i work on the island and currently live in Egbeda.

Candid advice to you.

Instead of Alimosho LG why not Eleko area of Ibeju-Lekki.
You will still get for that amount.

This area will make more sense in that your property will appreciate faster than the other areas you mentioned.

With the Lekki Free Trade Zone, proposed airport and seaport coming to that end, you are in for a great deal.
